SHIPPING POLICY

At Reign's Closet, we are committed to getting your order to you as quickly and as smoothly as possible! 

 Processing Time
   •    Orders are processed within 2–5 business days.
   •    Processing times may be longer during launches, holidays, or sales.

Shipping
   •    Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.
   •    Shipping times vary based on location and shipping method selected at checkout.
   •    Reign’s Closet is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or incorrect shipping information entered at checkout.

Incorrect Addresses

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer cannot be refunded once shipped.


Lost or Stolen Packages

 

Reign’s Closet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

We understand that sometimes a purchase may not meet your expectations. At Reign's Closet, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy that allows you to shop worry-free. If you change your mind or are not fully satisfied with a product, simply follow our easy return process to initiate a refund or exchange.

 

Returns
   •    Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
   •    Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Exchanges
   •    Exchanges are accepted for sizing issues only, depending on item availability.
   •    Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the item.
